A diary of paintings observed directly from life . Figurative and still life. Drawing with Chinese ink on to wood, painting with egg tempera.  Chelsea Art School, then 'sharing the model' with Chinese artist Qu Lei Lei for a number of years.  Exhibiting since 1993. Annually at the Royal College of Art 2006–14. The Lindbury, Royal Opera House. London Biennale and many more. Book jacket illustration for Harvill Press and Saqi Books.
