Drawing upon various mediums; including gold leaf, acrylic and screen-printing. I explore the interplay between light, texture, and colour. Gold, in my works, symbolises the air and space that envelop the flowers.
A continuous exploration of the human experience and our relationship to nature, and each other. Each piece in this series is a testament to the timeless elegance, but also a way to pause time itself, the flowers I paint will never dye. Through this body of work, I aim to celebrate life, also pause life, for a moment, before it leaves us.
