Aged only 14, AJ Coady is already a veteran of Artists at Home, as this is his third time participating in the event. AJ has been exhibiting his work professionally since he was 11, with increasing success each time. At each event he has sold almost all of the paintings he had on offer, so if you like a piece you see online here, please come early in the weekend to secure it!
AJ continues to hone his skills in his favourite medium – creating cells on canvas with pouring paint. He is particularly interested in how the structure of paint can be utilised and manipulated in different ways.
Inspired by the ocean, he uses unique combinations of colours and pigments to create his vibrant pieces.
AJ is very happy and excited to be participating in the Artists at Home exhibition again. He will be displaying his work with his mother, Sophie Ashdown, at the same address.
